Who uses the app

CHIEF AI Runtime is a private, owner-operated system for Jordan Howie. It is not offered to the public or used for advertising.

Google account access

When Jordan authorizes a connection, the system may read Gmail messages for owner-directed automation. A separate home-infrastructure backup client requests Google Drive's drive.file permission to create and manage only files used with that client. The backup client does not request access to the rest of the Drive account.

How data is used and stored

Gmail content is handled by the owner's private n8n runtime according to the workflows Jordan enables. Workflows may use a model service only when the owner has configured that workflow. Home-infrastructure backup files are encrypted, including filenames, before upload to Google Drive. OAuth credentials and operational encryption material are stored in the owner's controlled runtime, while the separate recovery key is held by the owner. Operational logs may contain metadata needed to diagnose and audit a workflow; they are not intended to contain passwords or recovery keys.

Sharing and retention

CHIEF AI Runtime does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Data is sent to Google services to perform the authorized connection. Other processing depends on the specific owner-enabled workflow. Jordan controls the backup files and workflow data and may remove them or revoke an OAuth connection in Google Account settings. There is currently no public-user account or fixed public-user retention schedule.
